RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We request that you contact us via our contact us page or email us at email@example.com to arrange a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the items.
Your purchased product must return to us in a new condition - unwashed or used, tags on and still in its original packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging. You also must include a copy of your invoice with the return.
We do not provide refunds or exchanges for personalised products. All sales are final.
In the case that your order arrives damaged we request that you provide us with images of the damages made to the item as well as the packaging you receive the item in. We cannot refund a damaged item without the requested images. Please send this proof to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise either an exchange, credit note or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via email so please ensure to also check your junk folder in case our email makes a wrong turn and doesn't end up in your inbox.
We cannot promise that we will receive your return so we recommend that you send your returns with tracking and purchase cover for pricey orders at your own discretion.
